![]() ![]() The Character Wizard has to be one of the best tools in the program in that it makes it SO easy and quick to generate and change your characters by using a series of sliders instead of having to painstakingly change everything by handĪs in the Pro version, the bone tools are really excellent and so simple to set up. Since it is significantly cheaper than the Pro version, I was under the impression that Anime Studio Debut would be pretty limited in its tools and features…but I was surprisingly mistaken. Thankfully, the software comes with a plethora of tutorials and how-to videos which take you through each of the main tools and functions, and it doesn’t take long to get the hang of it. However, if this is the first time you open any kind of animation software, it could still seem daunting at first, especially when compared to kids software like Flip Boom All Star and Animation-ish. In many ways it is a simplified version of their Pro interface, but still close enough to make the transition fairly smooth should you choose to upgrade later. ![]() No need to trawl through lengthy menus to find what you’re looking for. The visual interface (GUI) is very well laid out with all the main tools in clear sight. However, the Debut version is a little less well-known but marketed as a suitable animation software for hobbyists and youngsters and those looking to learn the basics.īut is this true?
